Mechanical connection

Pipe fittings made of metal or high-strength plastics are mechanically fastened and sealed with special tools, so that the pipe fittings and pipes are closely connected.

Flange connection:
1. Put the loose steel flanges of the same pressure level on the pipe
2. The connection between the plastic flange head and the pipe can be connected by electrofusion and hot melt.
3. The length of the connecting pipe should be accurate. When the bolt is tightened, the pipe should not be pulled axially.
4. Straighten the two corresponding connecting pieces so that the two steel flange pieces connected are perpendicular to the pipe axis and the surfaces are parallel to each other.
